Returns: We accept returns or exchanges within 30 business days of the ship date. Goods must be returned in original, unused condition. We will apply the credit to your credit card for the merchandise amount only- not the shipping costs. Normal shipping rates apply for re-shipments. Satisfaction Guaranteed, or your money back. All products are sold as curios only. We make no supernatural claims. All names are “brand names” only, and their respective alleged powers are gathered from books, folklore, and traditions passed down over the years.
Ordering & Shipping Policies
You must first place your order and make payment for the total merchandise cost. When we receive payment for the merchandise, we will weigh out your order to determine postage and handling costs. You will then receive an email notification requesting that you send payment for postage and handling costs associated with your order. The next step will be to make payment via Credit Card or PayPal. Once we have received payment for postage and handling costs we will ship out your order same day (UPS, FEDEX, DHL). You will receive another email with tracking information. Shipping times vary depending on where your package is being sent. We have a 2-STEP PAYMENT SYSTEM:
You pay FIRST for the Merchandise Only; then we need time to pack and weigh your goods. Once we do this, WE SEND YOU an invoice, which you will then pay a SECOND time for the Shipping Costs. This is the fairest and most equitable way to process your orders, after many years experience.
